Purchasing meat in bulk is convenient and cost effective, even for those who aren't CSA members. We sell halves and whole pigs for $5.75 lb (cut and wrapped). The average half of pig will provide 70 pounds of meat. We use only natural cures free from nitrates or MSG. Cut orders are customized to your needs. Non-refundable deposit of $200 required. Grass-fed beef is sold in quarters, halves, and whole for $5.50 lb. (hanging weight.) The average quarter will hang at 150 lbs. and provide approximately 90-100 lbs. of meat. Cut orders are customized to your needs. Prices includes processing. Deposit required. We are currently sold out of quarters beef for 2013.
