Nature's Choice Farm offers a variety of healthful and delicious pasture-raised products. Our meats, including pork, chicken, turkey, and beef, are pasture-raised, and our feed is non-GMO and we do not use antibiotic or hormone regimens.

Our egg laying hens roam our farm on 20 acres of green pasture. We have about 800 hens and our known for high quality eggs and humane standards. New this year, our meat birds (broilers) are being grown by an organic Amish farmer that raises our poultry on pasture specifically for our farm and to our standards. The chickens are fed a specially designed non-GMO diet that we have used for years that is free of hormones and medications.
The chicks remain in the brooder until they are feathered out and can live in the pasture--usually about three weeks. In the pasture, our chickens are provided with shelter and fresh grass daily, and their diet consists of a healthy mix of grasses and bugs.
Nature's Choice Farm specializes in raising Murray Greys, but we have also raised Angus-cross. Our cattle graze on luscious grasses and legumes in the spring, summer, and fall. In the winter, our cattle dine on hay from fields. We never supplement with grain or use any type of hormones.
We raise mainly Tamworth and Poland China hogs. They vary in color and thrive in pasture, unlike the average crate-raised pig. We are proud of the way our pigs are raised. They are free to roam, root around, and graze on fresh pasture. You would be surprised at how much grass the pigs eat! In addition, they are fed a specially designed non-GMO diet that is free of hormones and medications.
Our bacon is naturally cured and nitrate-free, and our Italian sausage, bratwurst, and breakfast sausage contain no MSG.
Our turkeys are a white broad breasted turkey that are raised on fresh pasture and plenty of space to roam. They are fed a specially designed non-GMO diet that is free of hormones and medications so they are raised as naturally and healthfully as possible. New this year, we have partnered with an organic Amish farmer who raises our meat chickens and turkeys specifically for our farm and to our high standards.
Our layer hens are a cross between Rhode Island Reds and White Rock. The hens are free to roam the entire farm to forage on grasses, legumes, and tasty bugs. We feed our hens hay in the winter to keep up the nutritional value of the eggs. Their diet includes no medications or hormones. We sell our eggs at farmers' markets and year round on the farm.
Pasture raised eggs can be higher in vitamin A, E, beta-carotene, and omega 3 fatty acids, and they can also be lower in cholesterol.
